In order to make editing controlled you will need to create an account to start editing. Your account will be used on any Game Vault Wiki, so you just need to register once. Having an account is important since it allows moderators to prevent spam and help you to track the changes on the articles and pages. All Game Vault Wikis uses two methods of editing: the simpler VisualEditor, and classic editing through source mode with powerful advanced features and code.
Some more detailed tips on editing using VisualEditor, including how to add links and format bold and italic text.
Using Source Mode[edit source]
Source mode allows you to see all of the wikitext on a page and to edit it directly. If you are trying to make more complex changes, you should switch to the source editor, its more flexible and will allow you to do way more than VisualEditor. If you are serious about making content on Game Vault, Source Mode will save you a lot of time in the long run.
