Game Vault Revenue Sharing Terms and Conditions

Information about Game Vault

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern participation in the Game Vault Revenue Sharing Program ("Program"). By joining the Program, you agree to these Terms.

1. Eligibility[edit source]

Participants must be approved Vault Founders or Vault Masters who actively contribute to a Game Vault wiki. Eligibility is determined solely by Game Vault based on contribution levels and adherence to content quality guidelines.

2. Revenue Sharing Model[edit source]

Approved wikis will have a 50/50 ad revenue split between Game Vault and contributors.

Revenue share will be distributed among all approved active contributors based on their contribution levels.

Game Vault reserves the right to adjust the revenue-sharing model at any time.

3. Payment Terms[edit source]

Payments are made monthly via PayPal.

A minimum threshold of $100 is required before a payout is issued.

Participants are responsible for any transaction fees or taxes applicable to their earnings.

4. Content Quality, Compliance, and Copyright Protection[edit source]

Contributions must be original, factually accurate, well-formatted, and regularly updated. Any content that infringes on third-party copyrights, trademarks, or intellectual property rights is strictly prohibited.

AI-generated or low-quality spam content is not eligible for revenue sharing.

Game Vault reserves the right to remove or disqualify any content that does not meet these standards or is found to be in violation of copyright laws. Participants who submit copyrighted material without proper authorization may be removed from the Program and held liable for any legal consequences.

5. Independent Contractor Status[edit source]

Participants acknowledge that they are independent contractors and not employees, agents, or partners of Game Vault.

They are solely responsible for any tax obligations arising from their earnings.

6. Program Modification and Termination[edit source]

Game Vault may modify or terminate the Program at any time without prior notice.

Participants may be removed from the Program at Game Vault’s discretion, including but not limited to cases of policy violations, inactivity, or abuse of the system.

Revenue-sharing agreements are non-binding and do not constitute an employment relationship.

7. Indemnification[edit source]

Participants agree to indemnify and hold Game Vault harmless from any claims, damages, or liabilities arising from their content contributions, including but not limited to copyright infringement, trademark violations, or defamation.

8. Dispute Resolution[edit source]

Any disputes regarding revenue distribution or participation must be submitted to Game Vault via Discord.

Game Vault’s decisions regarding revenue distribution and participation are final and non-negotiable.

9. Final Decision Clause[edit source]

Revenue distribution and eligibility determinations are at the sole discretion of Game Vault.

All decisions regarding revenue sharing are final and not subject to appeal.

10. Acceptance of Terms[edit source]

By participating in the Program, you acknowledge and agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, you should not participate in the Revenue Sharing Program.

Game Vault reserves all rights to modify these Terms and enforce them as necessary to maintain fairness and integrity in the Program.
